By Airways:

Hubli is connected to Mumbai & Bangalore through airways. Kingfisher Airlines operates daily flights from & to these cities daily.

BVBCET is at around 8 km from the airport. 

By Railways:

Hubli is very well connected via Railways directly to major cities like Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad etc. For more details

BVBCET is situated at approximately 6 km from Hubli City Railway Station. There are pre-paid autorickshaws available at the station.
Alternatively you can also take bus from the station directly to the campus.

By Buses:

Hubli city Bus Terminus called the New Bus Stand, hosts buses from within Karnatka & also neighbouring states like Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Goa, Maharashtra & Andhra Pradesh.

BVBCET is approximately 5 km from the New Bus Stand. There are plenty of buses as well as autorickshaws available from the Bus Stand to the college.
